A comprehensive tool set for elective care management. Our elective care management platform provides NHS organisations with a comprehensive set of tools to effectively manage and report on elective care. With functionality split across three core domains, all aspects of managing patient tracking lists, individual pathways and validation workforce is covered.
At its foundation the QPMS provides all the expected functionality of an industry standard PTL and more, offering smart worklist management, automatic validation and intuitive visualisations of pathways. Combining a comprehensive set of tools for tracking and validating pathways, the QPMS allows users to confidently manage large volumes of complex pathways, report effectively and deliver the best results for patients.
QPMS delivers a wide range of features for tracking and managing individual pathways, providing easy, intuitive and effective validation tools, a full audit history and harnessing the power of machine learning to automatically validate all pathways regularly and effectively. SPMS has been shown to dramatically improve validation efficiency and accuracy, providing significant savings to NHS providers and freeing up staff time to take action on the pathways that need it the most. Another key feature, Visual Pathway, allows users to see all interactions and events on a pathway in an intuitive visual format, making data quality errors and interventions required obvious with minimal manual investigation.
QPMS is built with its users needs at the core of its design, by working in partnership with NHS staff additional tools for users and managers have been designed to make workflows and oversight as effortless as possible. At every step QPMS’s processes focus on removing unnecessary manual effort, reducing human error and providing the necessary information for users to make the correct action first time.

Qubit know how powerful data can be, but only if you can trust and rely on the accuracy of that data. Qubit’s Data Quality Dashboard supports diagnosis, management and prevention of data quality issues to allow you to harness the potential of data for your organisation.
Qubit takes a unique approach to assuring data quality. The platform doesn’t just provide a list of measures, it delivers oversight, intelligent risk assessment and tools for effective governance to drive focused interventions. Our data quality assurance features also support users in real time to realise when human error has occurred and correct it immediately - supporting the user to get it right first time is our priority, rather than risking any impact to a patients pathway and safety before the error is identified.
Qubit’s in house developed data loaders leverage the latest in heathcare technologies to extract, transform and load (ETL) from all major clinical systems and NHS compliant data sources allowing users to track all pathway actions and interventions on a single platform. Utilising our expertise in data migration and integration we are able to pull data from all major EPR / PAS systems, specialist clinical systems such as imaging, cancer, emergency and community systems, data warehouses and eReferral. Our expertise allows us to rapidly deploy and integrate your data, whether at provider or systemwide level.
As an integrated solution these three packages can work seamlessly together but each can also be deployed separately as standalone packages. Whatever level of support an organisation needs we are able to provide the tools you need.
As a forward looking company, Qubit highly values research and innovation projects as through these we ensure the tools we provide are harnessing the best in class technologies available to support the NHS.
Recent partnerships have included solutions harnessing algorithm based testing and machine learning driven modelling. We pride ourselves on our versatility and expertise in delivering innovation that provides tanglible benefit to the NHS and patients.
We are always open to working on new pilot projects in partnership with NHS providers so if you have a commissioned piece of bespoke development in mind please contact us to discuss and discover how we can support you.
